The next workshop that would is vegan-friendly is the Dosa and Chutneys on Feb 4th - it's filling up quickly
The dosa is soaked and fermented - we do cook them in class but you could use a decorator. The chutneys are raw and fermented - vegan.
Other raw food/vegan workshops regularly offered is kombucha, beet kvass, water kefir and veggies/condiments - all of these are fermented and raw.
