Are you a student or a professional?

I am an Authorized Rhinoceros Trainer, and I work for Roger Stoller at Stoller Studio, inc. Together, we conceptualize, design and create public art and architectural details, placed around the country, working together since 2000. I am also involved with an assortment of other public artists, designers and craftspersons on a project basis, as well as delivering instruction to individuals and small groups. I am also slated to deliver a 12 class series of introductory topics in Rhino and a series of assorted advanced modules at the School of Visual Philosophy in San Jose in the fall of 2016.

What discipline are you training or employed in (i.e. Industrial Design, Architecture, Metalworking, etc)?

I spent time in the SJSU ID program under the infamous Thomaz Mcgursky, from whom I escaped into the sculpture dept, though not before learning how to work consecutive all-nighters, and Rhino V0.9! I have taken subsequent training in Pro-E and ACAD, as well as receiving a Rhinoceros Level 1&2 instructors certification from McNeel's facilities in Seattle.

How many peers in your class/ dept/ business?

I am the only 3D CAD operator in our small business, though I am training our employees up any time I can :)

Favorite / toughest ongoing topic regarding your use of Rhino3D or affiliated software?

Favorites: Rollouts, curve mapping. UnFavorites: Importing from Revit
