Introduction to Shooting in a Studio
This location is shown only to members
This one hour class will introduce you to studio photography. Demonstrations and topics discussed will include:
studio tour
working with a client or model
connecting your camera to strobes
light modifiers
key light
fill light
rim light
background light
using a light meter
custom white balance
basic portrait setup
If there is time left after all this, participants may shoot portraits of each other so you can try out what you've learned.
A DSLR or SLR camera is recommended.
Special Bonus: At 6:30 we will have a guest model - Ms Jileana Cruz The group or an individual may also hire her from 7-8 pm.
