Level Two Event: Moderate ride estimated  about 17-20 Miles

Participants should be able to ride @ 11-13 MPH  for 2+ hours.

We will start @ The parking lot at the carousel. we will pedal through 2 Riverside waterfront neighborhoods and then head south on the East Bay Bike Path for about 1 mile and tour Barrington's Village of Bayspring and the Alfred Drowne neighborhood w/ a quick stop at 2 small beach areas. We will continue south on the path again and ride  about 2+ miles to Barrington Center and again leave the path for a scenic ride through some of Barrington's waterfront areas and a loop through through town  and back into Riverside.

Make sure you have water and a snack, sunscreen the usual...

As I always tell other riders, you should be carrying a spare tube or patch kit. It can be a long walk back when you get stranded on your bike. I hope you can join me. This will be scenic and relaxing,  not a point to point mission.

Directions: off 195 take exit 5 Warren AVe. Exit 6 is closed. Off exit right onto Warren and a quick left onto 1st Street. 2nd stop sign take a right up the Veterans Memorial Pkwy follow this road to the traffic light @ Bradley Hosptial and continue straight down the road (now called Pawtucket AVe) this is a straight shot to the carousel about 2 miles to your destination on the left.

Thank you Leanne for a well thought out and fascinating ride. I would never have found the back streets that you did. I would be riding the bike path without ever knowing the roads. Thank you

Ladies, thanks so much for joining me. I great ride, and as they say "in life, timing is everything." We certainly had the timing down. I wasn't 500 feet from the parking lit and the heavens opended up. Thanks again for riding w/ me. I hope you enjoyed.
