Level Two Event: Moderate ride estimated  about 17-20 Miles

Participants should be able to ride @ 11-15 MPH  for 2+ hours.

We will start @ The parking lot at the carousel. we will pedal through 2 Riverside waterfront neighborhoods and then head south on the East Bay Bike Path for about 1 mile and tour Barrington's Village of Bayspring and the Alfred Drowne neighborhood w/ quick stops at small beach areas. We will continue south on the path again and ride  about 2+ miles to Barrington Center and again leave the path for a scenic ride through some of Barrington's waterfront areas and a loop through through town  and back into Riverside.

Make sure you have water and a snack, the usual...

As I always tell other riders, you should be carrying a spare tube or patch kit. It can be a long walk back when you get stranded on your bike. I hope you can join me. This will be scenic and relaxing,  but neither a slow ride  a point to point mission. headlamp or light a must !

Directions: off 195 take exit 5 Warren AVe. Exit 6 is closed. Off exit right onto Warren and a quick left onto 1st Street. 2nd stop sign take a right up the Veterans Memorial Pkwy follow this road to the traffic light @ Bradley Hosptial and continue straight down the road (now called Pawtucket AVe) this is a straight shot to the carousel about 2 miles to your destination on the left.

Sorry I was late... Great ride, thanks, Leanne. It was really fun discovering Barrington instead of the usual bike path, and finishing on the bike path at dusk (and with lights) certainly made it safer.
