This is a level 1 hike, good for those that don't have a lot of time during the holiday season and there's no worries about hunting.
At the intersection of Chopmist Hill Rd. (rt. 102) and Central Pike, head west on Central Pike for 1.9 miles, after crossing the bridge look for Ram's Tail Rd. on the right, park along the shoulder of Rams Tail Rd.

Rams Tail Rd. is a short road that runs between Rt 6 and Central Pike in Foster RI, We will be meeting at the Central Pike end of Rams Tail Rd. and parking along the shoulder of this dirt Rd.
This entire walk will take place on dirt roads with a short section of paved road at the end. This is a scenic and pleasant hike around the Barden Reservoir and the small farms and houses that surround it. There are some long gradual hills.
There should be plenty of photo opportunities for those of you that enjoy taking pictures.
