Quick Paced East Bay Evening Walk- Barrington

  • Apr 18, 2014 · 5:00 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

Difficulty: Level 2

Distance: 6 miles. + -

Duration: 2 hours

If you have a reflective vest bring it. A headlamp in case we run late is a very good idea. Please read the entire write up before signing up for this hike / walk. By signing up for this event you (and your guest if applicable) agree to the terms of the liability waiver below.

Depending upon the group we will walk  at a QUICK pace for about 6 miles. We will walk a few waterfront areas.  We will be starting at the Shaw's Plaza and heading out to explore the surrounding area. I'm planning on being on and off the bike path, visibility is very important for safety.  If you have a reflective vest bring it. As always bring a snack and water. Hopefully the timing of our finish will co-inside w/ sunset on Barrington Harbor. This event will be kept to a small group because we will be on and off the roads to access some neighborhoods some of the roads are a bit busy. Safety 1st.
