Parker Woodland

Distance:   3.5 miles

Duration:   1.5 hours

Difficulty:    moderately strenuous

This Audubon managed property located on the Coventry Forster line is ideal for a mid week mind clearing morning hike. The first blue loop trail on the site, the one we will be taking, is three miles long and offers a strenuous hike when done at a moderate pace. Added to the connecting trail from the parking lot for the additional half mile. With its many hills, some steep, over rocky terrain, you will need to be in good shape to get the most out of this hike. There are many interesting sights along the way and overall the forest is beautiful.

Hunting is not permitted on the property so Blaze Orange will not be required to be worn . Good hiking boots are needed as well as extra water.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
