RAOA provides you with a vital line of communication, education and professional networks. This group of professionals is an important part of a broad effort to promote the development and sharing of information pertinent to Real Estate investing and management. It is our goal to make apartment housing in the Richmond and surrounding areas a better place to live and protect and improve the quality of life of the renting public.  Our group consists of apartment owners, single family house owners, commercial property owners, suppliers, and newbies who would like to learn the real estate business.  The general meeting occurs the second Tuesday of each month at noon at the Westwood Club.  The Think Tank is scheduled for the third Tuesday at noon at the Picadilly Cafe.  Our meetings average about 50 people in attendance.
