Tabletop games at Nathan's House in Glen Allen

  • Apr 8, 2014 · 7:00 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

NOTE: Changed from a Thursday to a Tuesday this week due to schedule conflict. Same schtick different day.

Come on out to our friendly tabletop gaming sessions. Beginners, first-timers experts, and everyone in between is welcome.

Bring your Eurogames, gateway games, light weight games, and your whatever games.

We have the amenities for four tables of gaming.

There is plenty of parking in front of the house and around the neighborhood. I always hate not knowing where I am going to park so I cobbled together a parking map. Click here for parking.

You can see the house game collection here: Nathan's Games

Other Collections:

Matt K

My intent is to provide snacks and beverages, but I encourage you to bring some goodies as well. The earlier I can get RSVPs the more creative I can be food wise.

Feel free to send any questions or comments via email or leave them below.

Thanks for coming out guys. Special thank you to Ryan for pizza. Played Alien Frontiers, Suburbia, Lords of Waterdeep. Two no shows, not cool.

Hi I'm new! Besides my game of "Munchkin" what other goodies should I bring? Pizza? Beer?

Any food or drink you want to bring is great.

I'm thinking I should arrive no later than 8:30. I'm prepared to wait for an open game. I can teach King of Tokyo, Lords of Waterdeep, Jamaica, and possibly Libertalia. I am willing as usual to play pretty much anything.

Hey all, first of all thank you for RSVPing on short notice. Right now we are looking at 6 available players for the first game of the night Matt K is going to be late.

With over 24 hours left the attendance could change, but I am going to start the idea spitballing.

As always please suggest / bring games YOU are interested in playing/teaching.

Three options for the first game; two groups of 3 players, 6 players, or 5 players and I sit out to observe / teach/ handle rulebook questions. I've listed some games from my collection that handle these three conditions and would like to get some feedback so I can get frosty on rules. Also of importance is crossing off any "no way am I ever playing that" games from the lists below.

    3:Need a volunteer to teach a 2nd game

5: Dragon Rampage, Forbidden Desert, Smallworld, Rialto, Quebec, Last Will, Kemet

6:Elder Sign, King of Tokyo, Libertalia, Lords of Waterdeep, Letters from Whitechapel, Last Night on Earth, Jamaica, Coup, Resistance

I'd like to play Kemet or dragon rampage. I can bring/teach alien frontiers. I can also teach forbidden island, small world, lords of Waterdeep.

I will be there, however I will be late. Not to worry though, I'll just hang out until a game frees up.
