Go sailing on the Rappahannock River

As always , weather dependent, but looks good for around 50 degrees. Meet at the dock around 10 am, cast off by 10:30. On the water for as long as the weather allows, but back at the dock by 4 pm at the latest. Bring a jacket, cap, gloves. If you're so inclined, a fleece wrap. Pack a snack or lunch. I will have bottled water, diet sodas and the means to make hot chocolate and coffee on board. Call me at[masked] BEFORE you leave Richmond. I'm up by 6:30. Don't be shy.The weather is subject to change and I'd hate to have you sitting there waiting if we have to cancel for any reason.

I sailed mostly single handed for the first 5 or 6 years. And I still love sailing alone....but sailing with friends??? That's the best! Watching you guys relax, seeing the stress literally fall overboard at the moment the sails take the wind, and the engine goes quiet........

I didn't realize I should comment here; so I just want to add that I had a great time on Saturday, despite the chill in the air. I just love being out on the water! Thanks, Larry for being a great skipper!

I'll be overnighting on the boat, but you may want to discuss the possibility of car pooling from Richmond Sunday morning.

Don't forget, Daylight Savings Time starts at 2 AM on Sunday morning. Set your clocks ahead an hour.
