Meditation, Buddhism, Philosophy, learning to relax and appreciate my surroundings
Occasionally when I am stressed or can't sleep. Usually I meditate at home but have attended meditation workshops at UR and at Esalen in CA. I like to be outside.
i discovered meditation years ago when i went to CA to hike for a week but got injured so I switched workshops with someone attending a meditation class. I found it extremely relaxing and fortunately for me easy to do.
