Richmond Real Estate Wholesalers Group January Meetup

Come join us Tuesday January 13th, 7pm. We have been planning this event for several months and we are finally ready to share with you some very exciting news from the HomeVestors of Richmond office!

Some of the topics we will discuss include:

- Come learn how you can take advantage of our NEW Associate Franchise (AF) program. This program is targeted to individuals and investors who want to work part-time in the business, and, in many cases keep their current job. Associate franchisees receive training from HomeVestors, plus ongoing coaching from the local Richmond Development Agent (DA). Associate Franchisees can utilize HVA's valuable "We Buy Ugly Houses®" advertising and branding campaign, which generates an ongoing supply of quality leads. (Candidates must satisfy some minimum requirements in order to qualify.)

- Participate in our Wholesaler Group. Are you a wholesaler looking for a buyer who can close your deals quickly? Are you looking to learn new skills that will help you be more flexible and create even more deals with the sellers you work with? Would you like to work directly with and be mentored by a seasoned real estate investor for FREE? Rob Caldwell will share with you some tips and ideas on how to maximize your leads as well as showing you how to negotiate and present offers to sellers.
