Volunteer at the 34th annual Shuk n' Pul Oyster Roast & Tractor Pull!

This event benefits Hanover Habitat for Humanity. They are looking for volunteers on Friday as well (see below) and you are more than welcome to do that, just contact Ashley Timberlake directly and let her know, at this time, a Meet Up for that day is not planned. Start time on Saturday is 10 am, gates open at 11 am, festivities start at 12, food served 1 - 3. They ask that if you volunteer, you work the entire day (10 - 6), because trying to schedule 40 -50 part time volunteers on such a busy day is difficult to say the least.

On Saturday, March 29th, the Mechanicsville Ruritan Club will be hosting their 34th annual Shuk n' Pul event! Hanover Habitat for Humanity has partnered with Mechanicsville Ruritan Club in an effort to build community partnerships. Proceeds for this event will help support Hanover Habitat's building mission. We are in need of 40-50 volunteers! VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:

Friday, March 28th: 9:00am - 2:00pm

Volunteers will be helping with the setup of the event for the next day. Lunch will be provided!

Saturday, March 29th: 10:00am - 6:00pm

Parking Cooking (Breading Fish and Oysters, and Roasting Oysters)Ticket collecting and directing All volunteers will be asked to help with clean-up at the end of the event.
