Pure Eyes, Pure World

Sometimes life appears ordinary and meaningless. However, a spiritual vision helps us to see ourselves and others in a pure way. Through meditation, we connect to our potential for clarity, wisdom and peace. The Buddhist approach toward developing faith charts a clear path between extremes of dogma and doubt, and illustrates how anyone’s life can become a spiritual transformation.
Appropriate for beginners to meditation and more experienced practitioners.

Wednesdays, October 2 – 23 (no class on 10/30 due to the Fall Festival.)

    Dear Sangha
Wonderful class on Wednesday, thank you all for sharing and caring about each-other. This is what the Buddha means by taking refuge in the Three Jewels! Please remember your meditation and practice of Equanimity this week when you see your family, friends, foe and strangers. Try to keep a balanced happy mind:) With love, Dechok
