An understanding and eventually a realization of the profound inner peace and happiness that arises from meditations on wisdom is the greatest gift we can give ourselves. I hope you can join us! With love, Dechok

Our children want us to be happy. The Buddha gave 84000 teachings on methods to reduce our suffering that will help us become happier people. Yes life is full of difficulties, and patience is the the greatest mind we can develop to reduce our suffering, and the suffering of others. A patient happy person has a very powerful, flexible and solution oriented mind that is needed in the face of the inevitable sufferings of their life.

Maybe life is suffering, etc., maybe even more than maybe, but I'll be darned if I'm gonna teach my kid that.
