Rejuvenate Your Relationships. Equanimity....hum?

All too often, we find our relationships to be a source of irritation or even anger. Buddha’s teachings on the minds of love and attachment can help us to restore our relationships to what they should be: a chance for us to express our love for another person. In this series we will learn how letting go of the mind of attachment can transform our bad relationships into good ones. And how it can make our good relationships even better!

Rejuvenating relationships through developing minds of equanimity, affection, cherishing love, wishing others to be happy and free from suffering was a really great class! People seemed to enjoy cherishing all kinds of creatures:-) I hope it helped open our hearts to experience more love and compassion in all our relationships. These are profound practices that with consistent daily practice on and off the pillow, will gradually change your mind, from self centeredness to a mind of Universal Love and Compassion. Along the way, all your Relationships will be Rejuvenated from your practice!!

Looking forward to seeing you for STAYING COOL ~
    With love and blessings,

Apologies for late notice... I'm not feeling well and don't want to spread anything to the group.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
