We are a group for cyclists who enjoy riding in and around the Richmond area. Our meetups are for cyclists who enjoy riding, facing new challenges, meeting new friends, and promoting safer cycling and better infrastructure in our area. While most of our meet ups will be road rides, we also plan occasional trail rides, social outings, overnight trips, cyclo-touring trips, and events that promote cycling such as city meetings, movie fundraisers, and bicycle festivals. Please join us if you consider yourself to be an intermediate or advanced rider and feel comfortable riding in a group. Our rides are generally a B or faster pace and 20-62 miles in length, but don’t hold us to that! We like to throw in some different things now and then to keep things interesting! Ready to put your feet on the pedals and start riding? Come join us!
**** As mentioned above, we are a primarily a ROAD cycling group, but occasionally we will do other rides that may require a hybrid or mountain bike. However, if you are looking for for a MOUNTAIN BIKING group we highly suggest you check out Ride & Run Meetup. If you are looking for a more CASUAL/ SOCIAL pace, please check out Cycling Is Fun Meetup.****
