Calm Abiding Meditation

Shamata (Calm Abiding) meditation is a practice for both beginners and more experienced practitioners. Come join us for a brief introduction each week, followed by 20 minutes of quiet sitting. Practice focusing your mind and bringing your attention to your breath, or use one of several other methods we will show you to bring stillness and clarity to your mind.

Every Sunday we will have Shamata meditation from 9-9:30 AM. This will be followed 10-11 AM by a guided visualization of the purification practice of Vajrasattva. Everyone is welcome--bring a friend!
