Very helpful! We discussed how being in the present moment is so important and simple to do once we remember to do it. The Mindercise class offers an opportunity to devote a full hour to these practices to help remember the mindfulness technique throughout our day to carry us through the week. Several members experienced physical sensations while meditating such as heat and an inability to feel the body. We discussed how this is a normal part of the process and actually a helpful sign. Meditating as a group with experienced members offers a unique opportunity to share experiences with knowledgable leaders who can safely interpret experiences.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
