We have had a quick hike at this park in the past but there are many other great bluff trails and views to be experienced. there is also a tour on that Saturday, for those interested, of the oldest house in the valley. http://www.dnr.state.... I have reserved group site #1. This site is the largest site (and the only one that was left) so it can handle all the people we will need. I believe this site is more spread out and has some individual areas so you can sleep a little off on your own if desired. The leaves should be showing a lot of color by then. With many of them possibly having fallen off, the views from the bluffs should be great.
So come out for both nights or just one, or just come out for the day to do some hiking. If the cooler nights are keeping you away and you need a warmer sleeping bag, just email me and I can probably help you out with and additional/warmer bag.
