Developing Your Photographic Eye - Composition & Lighting - 2-Part Workshop

Join Bob for this 2-part workshop!  In Developing Your Creative Eye, Bob will cover Focal Length Selection, Composition and Lighting to help you improve your photography skills.

The workshop will occur over 2 consecutive Mondays.

Monday, February 10th (from 7-10 pm) and;

Monday, February 17th (from 7-10 pm).

You will want to be available for both dates in order to gain the most from the workshop.  The single fee covers both dates.

The structure will include technical discussion and then hands-on practicing in the studio.  Students will also be asked to practice their skills over the week and then bring in samples of their work for discussion the next week.  This isn't a competition between students, but rather an opportunity to grow your personal photography skills.

    Hi Bob, I'm not going to make it tonight. I live almost an hour away and the weather isn't looking good. I'll be at you class on Saturday.

    for our homework, are we allowed to tweak the photos or bring them in as shot?

    • Bob D.

      You can most certainly adjust them in Lightroom. If you want to crop them I would bring two files, the original and the cropped version.

    What level photographer do you have to be/should be to attend this class?

    January 23, 2014

    • Bob D.

      Hi Kayla, this is geared toward relative novice level photographers. You will learn how lens selection, focus and composition impact the final look of your images.
