Indeed, very cool. Way to go Python!

I'm exposing my Apple bias here, but I consider Objective-C to be a very nice language (message passing!) and certainly adds a beautiful OO design to C. Do I sense a hint of anti-Apple bias in the article complaining about TIOBE's ranking? That said (and I need to verify this from his sources), how is it Perl (!!) is outranking Objective-C which doesn't show up on his list at all?

However, I may take the time to learn C#/Mono. It seems to work pretty well for cross platform apps (http://sparkleshare.org/).

I see a little dip where Python 3 was introduced and the community fractured a little bit.. but things seem to be improving anyway.. at least in the color of these statistical glasses, which I can't really argue with.
