Bonfire!

Once the cookout portion with the kids ends, the adult fun takes over!  All this means is that this will be considered a separate event and there will be alcohol.  If you are OK with your children being around some people drinking out of red cups, you and your children are welcome to stay.  It's not like there will be belligerent drunks by 8:15.

BONUS!! I have a friend (or two, or more) that will come and give a lesson on spinning poi, and will perform some fire spinning!  What is fire poi?  You'll have to come and see!

UPDATE: If you (or your child(ren) would like to LEARN TO SPIN POI, please bring a pair of socks (the longer the better) and $2/person (to pay for the stuffing the instructor is bringing).  Kim is a wonderful teacher!

Awesome video, by the way! We couldn't stay long enough to see it live, so thanks so much for posting!

Great turnout! 53 people (and one dog) all having fun! Practice your poi and we'll have a second session (and another bonfire) in September! Hugs to everybody! Thank you Kim for the demonstration!

None of my kids will be present, and I'll provide whatever item is missing...and wood. :-)
