Anyone down for climbing Sunday?

I'm thinking I owe a few beginners/intermediates some Garden time - but would also be down for Shelf, or most anything. I'm out of shape at the moment, but can probably GTRU on something up to mid-10.

EDIT:

Looking like a beginner/easy day.  We'll plan for the Garden, west side, meeting at the North Lot.  I changed the time to 2pm.

Great day this afternoon. Rock was totally dry. Kerry, we missed you somehow. North Lot was a zoo. Might have to figure out how/where to meet in the future. The west side was really nice when the wind died down. Climbed with Jay for a few hours on easier stuff. Bumped into Sam and also James out there (James the climber/mountaineer.) Can't wait for weather to start getting a little more summer-like! Photos up in a bit.

Sorry guys but the rock was rained on last night and as any good climber knows, sandstone is off limits for 3 days post wetness. I am cancelling and going to City Rock.

I can be there. I will bring a sport rack and rope.

Can you get a permit on Sunday? Is the visitor's center open?

Yes, the Visitor and Nature Center is open 7 days a week. They are currently on winter hours, opening each morning at 9:00 am. Go upstairs and request a permit at the information desk.

My daughter and I would like to come for a short period if the weather is nice (she's had a bad cough and may not be healed!). We have only done indoor and interested in getting active again! We don't have gear- may we still climb low for practice?

That makes sense, I've used my Vibrams but will look at getting harness' & shoes. Sunday we'll plan to do a little and at least see location (map-ready :>) and meet. I'm sure we'll have plenty to do under 10' :)

I think one other beginner is joining us, so it should be all good.
