I have an 10 yr old mutt that I take with me just about everywhere. I am a RN, and am in graduate school to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. This endeavor has unfortunately been all consuming and I haven't been climbing like I usually do. I still really want to work on my confidence/mental calmness for leading. I am happy to climb anything that you lead, even if I have to "French free" it. I just want to be with good people and have a good time. I am a very strong skier, so if anyone has Monarch Pass this season or can go to the Basin, maybe we can plan some trips or do some backcountry.
Right now I am only available on Wed, Sat and Sun to climb. I like all climbing, except sketchy, soft sandstone. I have been climbing for about 15 years, trad and sport. I was leading 5.8+ bolted and 5.7+ trad, until the fall and unrelated ankle injury. Can follow up to 5.10. I can manage to drag myself up harder stuff. Please consider me a great cleaner on difficult multipitch.
11 Mile, Shelf, Penitente, Red Rocks (NV), Joshua Tree, Lumpy Ridge, Eldo Canyon, Vedauwoo, Boulder Canyon,...
I love to climb and spend time outside in general. Days off-Sun-Wed.
Because they like to climb, belay, or anything else related to climbing.
