'The Future is Unwritten,' the doc on the Clash, courtesy of director Julien Temple, released 2007.  Joe Strummer already dead a few years at that point, but don't worry, he's in it.

This will be outdoors at night; bring jacket.  You may want to also bring something to sit on (either lawn chair or blanket).  Be pre-fed or bring snacks; no food vendors last time I was there.

Admission is free.  :)

For transpo, there's a subway stop right there, named "Pershing Square."

1.  West side of Olive Street between 7th & 5th, free yellow loading zones open up by 7pm after the towing zone is done.

2.  West side of Olive Street between 7th & 5th, some metered spaces.  They open up after the towing zone is done at 7pm, and are $1.25 per 15 minutes.  Good to ace one just before 8pm.

3.  $5 lot on Olive between 6th & 7th, on the west side of the street.

4.  $7 in the park's garage subterranean directly beneath the park.  Enter on eastbound 6th.

I couldn't help but enjoy this, although the film had its flaws. Still, dang good; and also good that somebody put this together while the late Joe was fresh in everyone's minds and still key people who knew him around to be interviewed. Fascinating old footage of the world Joe was in.

Interesting look at Joe as he evolved (devolved?)

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
