Dan Bailey here, I'm game...not shure about Kansas. I remember some conversation about field trips on my first visit, 3 months ago. I can see where it could be a "thing", locating and securing a place that would have some yield of....   something, be legal, and safe, and get enough people together to make it a go. This is what I want to do,field trip, hunting. The thought of finding identifiable minerals in their environment sounds GREAT! It would help me learn geology...this came from that, that stuff. I support calender dates  future, dance cards do fill, evin if it is just  walking Aunt  Flow's 3 legged iguana.

I just saw this clip on the weather channel's website

Check it out.

As soon as the weather here gets a little more stable....  Lets go hunting.

Cheers!

Wayne
