Meetup Thursday May 15

Well some good news.  I've got my rock saw working and my grinder/polisher working, so I actually have had some time to work on a few rocks.  I also went rockhounding with Chuck and Kirby in Baltimore City again (Stoney Run) and got a few really interesting pieces (cutable) so I have started a few of those as well. We then went out to Owings Mills and you won't believe what we picked up out there.  Chuck really knows some great hunting grounds.

If you have a rock that you want to cut, bring it along.  It should be light outside until 8:30pm or so.  Bring along some rocks/minerals/fossils/jewelry/etc that you would like to talk about.  Let's talk about where our next field trip is going to.

I  hope to see you Thursday night.
