Climbed frequently (2-3 outings per wk) for 35 years, but much much less over the last 5. When i was a regular, i did gr 5 ice, 5.7 - 5.9 rock, mountaineering such as mt logan east ridge. Today I rarely touch a mtn other than the odd short solo ice outing to easy places such as THOS or king creek. Wouldn't mind getting out casually more often. Not really into sport or indoor climbing.
Yam for rock, bugs for a long weekend. For ice it was the ghost - but since the government made it so hard for climbers to get there, I don't have so much of a favourite anymore
Live in Calgary, but clumb in the mtns - so where ever makes sense
I'm Ken. Most of my details are in the following questions. Climbed all my life, but the last 5 years rarely got out. Mountaineering, ice, rock. Previously president if the cmc, lead for calgary mountain rescue group. Too much office time.
