I am disappointed I cannot make your super foods talk. I am teaching till 1:00 PM in Haverstraw and then auditioning to teach at new yoga studio in Chestnut Ridge that afternoon. from our conversation, it sounds like you have a lot of knowledge on this subject and some very interesting ideas to share. I hope to have the opportunity to hear this talk another time.

Did not rsvp today's meetup since I joined the group a few days ago and did have plans today, and was trying to get move my schedule around so i could come. Hello, I'm sorry you won't be able to make it to the next meeting. I was looking at the Meetup groups you host. Do you have children at the Chicago Waldorf School? My son attended a Waldorf school, Singing Winds School, for three years. Unfortunately, it no longer exists. I believe the Waldorf schools have much to offer to children. I know my son gained a lot from his years in one.

I loved the program. It had a holistic approach to nutrition focusing on whole foods, food sensitivities, problems with the food industry and food combining, really interesting stuff. If you every want to discuss let me know. Right now I'm reading The China Study, which is supposed to be the most thorough study on nutrition. Very interesting stuff.
