"Don't do mornings", come join us!   Meet new friends to share afternoon 1-4 hour, easy to moderate, with some more challenging, local nature walks and hikes, plus other arts and entertainment activities. Don't forget to check the day of an event for any changes. Please give yourself plenty of time to find us, since we only wait an extra 10 minutes before starting an event to be fair to everyone. We will occasionally post a "Dog Friendly" event, which is the ONLY TIME  when friendly, well behaved dogs will be welcome, but they  must be on a leash  and under strict control of the owner.  Owners should find out and respect the rules of the park, provide water,  for their dog  and follow requests made by the organizers. You are responsible, for your own safety, the safety of your guests and we cannot be held liable. A $5.00 yrly. donation to defray the $177.00 yrly. meetup advertising fee and other costs involved in running the group would be appreciated and can be made when you attend an event.   Co-organizers and suggestions are welcome.   Rockland lake, the Piermont pier, the Ramapo Reservation, Sterling Forest and more, are calling!
