Last year, several friends (and friends of friends) gathered at the Sugar River Raceway in Brodhead, Wisconsin to share some high speed friendly competition. We’re doing it again in 2014. Just like last year, our event will consist of 3, ten lap races and a 15 lap feature (about 25 miles total for you mathematicians). You will have a 10 lap qualifier, then a 10 lap race off of your qualifying effort. Next the inverted race, if you won the 1st race you will start last in this session. For the final 15 lap race your spot is based off of your first two races combined. There will be prizes handed out for the top 3 finishers in each group and also for last place (courtesy of Paul). BTW, these karts go about 50 mph.
Price to participate is $80 (incl. helmet, jacket, gloves, & kart)
**(Price will possibly be lower, depending on the number of participants)
Currently, there are 30 participants registered, they can take up to 45 for this event.
REGISTRATION ENDS SUNDAY, APRIL 26
This event is not sponsored by Sugar River Raceway. If you would like more info on this event, please contact me directly.
