Time to take on Pandemic again? March 8 at 2pm. I'm happy to offer my house!

Lots of fin today! Thanks for coming. I've proposed a cooperative game day at my place: http://www.meetup.com... I need two RSVPs before it goes public. I'll even buy a couple chairs!

Count me in. I'll bring the game, and can bring a table top.

Count me in as long as there are no animals and we have proper furniture to sit on.

And here is a link to the official Pandemic iOS app, no Android yet. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/pandemic-the-board-game/id700793523?mt=8

Well poop. Hopefully they'll port it to Android.

Loved Pandemic even if it kept kicking our tushes!

Sorry about those who couldn't make it. Pat, get well soon.

Sorry I can't make it this time, I have an awful cold.

Forgot to do this earlier, so sorry! Have to pick someone up at the airport.

I too will have to bow out. I forgot I had plans that day. My apologies.

I unfortunately must bow out this time. I'm studying for the first Actuary exam and since I already have plans for the evening I have to start devoting some more time to studies. I'll try to catch the next one though.

I sent the address to attendees who were not at the last meetup at my place. If you didn't get or lost my address, just send me an email, and I'll re-send it.

I can provide the other set for Settlers.

I also just discovered that forbidden desert plays up to 5.

I am also pondering if Pandemic is playable with more than 4 roles. It might be slow waiting for your next turn, and card sharing opportunities might be too spread out.

Again, remember the problem is we need teachers for the games or games everyone knows.

I have thought about running a tournament for popular games like Settlers or Dominion. We could challenge other local meetups and the winners from each meetup could playoff, and we could send those winners to a local gaming con.

I need to get another table, so we can accommodate 12 as three groups of 4.

I'll bring LOTR (5 players), and Cosmic Encounters (any), Settlers has an 8 player peanut variant, if we can get two sets. I'll bring one.

Twelve people RSVPed. Last time we had 8 at the table in the living room, and we could have had four or more at the kitchen table, but, that relies on having some games for more than 4 players. I have Dominion with Intrigue (up to 6), Munchkin (up to 6 or more), Bang (4-7), Eclipse (up to 6), and In a Pickle (up to 6 or more). If there is interest I could get an expansion for Race for the Galaxy.

The thing is it would be hard to teach two games going on, so I could use some help with people bringing games for 5-8 players. The more social games like Cards Against Humanity are expandable, and it might be nice to run a big social game and a more strategy base game at the same time to give people choices.
