I want to meet like-minded folks and learn even more creative ways to live a "mindful," healthy life.
I want to make like-minded contacts who will also serve a "buddies" in the quest to maintain a healthy lifestyle in a fast-food world.
I exercise in some way 6 days a week -- hiking, spinning, treadmill, weight training
I transformed my lifestyle two years ago through a "real foods" diet and exercise, and love to write about and otherwise share the difference it can make with others!
