Our Sangha is held Wednesday night. "Sangha" means "community" in the practice of Buddhism. We hold an orientation before hand (see "Meditation Orientation" event) for those of you who have never attended! Please see that event for more details. Our Sangha goes from 7:00 to 8:15 or 8:30. We hold a 10 minute walking meditation, followed by a 40 minute sit and then a dharma talk by one of our teachers! The dharma talks cover concepts like emptiness to specific teachings like the Five Hindrances. Thank you very much for your interest with Rocky Mountain Insight! We can't wait to see you there.

Hi Shay! It's completely fine. I would suggest getting there within about 10 minutes because our walking meditation period usually concludes within that time. However, if you can't do it that quickly, don't worry about it! Our meditation is silent, so I would just ask that you approach relatively quietly. You are always welcome whenever!

Is it ok if I am a bit late? I get off work at 5:30 usually.
