Come and join us on Sunday mornings for a relaxing sit! We begin with a short walking meditation followed by a reading from one of our dharma teachers. We then sit for roughly 40 minutes in silence. We hope to see you there!

Sorry, but I do not feel up to doing the meditation tomorrow.

Sunday morning is for more seasoned meditators, I guess. It's roughly a 45 minute sit. If you believe that's too long, attend our Wednesday evening Sangha! It's a 30 minute sit AND has a dharma talk afterwards. Plus, the orientation is right beforehand. Per directions, yes.

Is this event for beginners and/or seasoned
    meditators? What is the duration?
    Thanks

Hello Morgan I would be driving from I -25 and
Colorado Avenue. So I would east on
Colorado Ave to 26th Street turn right, then
follow the rest of your directions?

Hi Juliana, I'm Morgan, I'm a teacher at RMI. There is no required fee, but we always suggest donating up to $5 since we operate only on the funds of our meditators. We have pillows, benches, and chairs, but if you'd like to bring your own, feel free to! We don't have any pets in the center (also called the vihara). Our vihara is located at the end of the parking lot at 26th and Colorado. If you head north on Colorado, turn right on 26th street and go the upper tier of the parking lot. All the way on the south side is where we are! Please let me know if you have any other questions!
