Meditation Practice, for relaxation and focus... The Return from Asia.

This is the practice of the practice, sitting, calm abiding, learning to refine the skills to continue mindfulness as well as learn and apply different techniques of breathing, sitting position and focus objects (candles, colors, breath, sounds, etc.).
We will discuss the Sattipathana Sutra of Buddhist teachings on Meditation. This is a perfect opportunity to sit with a group of people that want to better their lives through meditation and mindfulness together. Informal teaching and guidance on basics of mindfulness practice to have less stress, more relaxation, better work habits, better career and relationships.

A word about the number of people that can attend... First, don't bank on it.  Some people click they are interested in attending and find their schedules do not 'jive' at the last minute.  We understand this as 'inevitable change' it is not a problem and can be an object of meditation later.  If you find yourself 'on the wait' list or that the event is 'full', come by anyway.  We always can make more room.

We do not charge for these practices, but we do appreciate donations!  Anything is appreciated and useful for the group to continue.  Workshops and other events may have nominal fees.    Classes that have books/materials will have some fee to cover those expenses.
