"The Circle has healing power. In the Circle we are all equal. When in the Circle, no one is in front of you and no one is behind you. No one is above you. No one is below you. The Sacred Circle is designed to create unity..." -Dave Chief, Oglala Lakota,Grandson of Red Dog of Crazy Horse's Band

Come and experience the amazing sounds and vibrations of the crystal singing bowls.  I add color which is not only beautiful, but works to increase the vibrational healing benefit.  We begin the evening circle by being guided into a deep relaxation.  Then we experience a gentle chakra balance and alignment with the 7 main chakra bowls, ending with a wondrous sound bath utilizing all 15 harmonically matched bowls.  As we stay in Savasana, we scan our bodies for anything that is needing to come into our awareness at this time, before coming back fully into consciousness.

Whether sharing words of wisdom from the Masters, performing mini healings or readings, each week is different as I am guided to do what is for the highest light for the group and we open our hearts to the healing vibrations of the singing crystal bowls.

The circle is always open to those who would like to speak and share with the group.

There is no judgment here.

If you feel guided to bring an instrument along (including your own voice) please do so.

** If you need your crystals cleansed - bring them along.  The crystal bowls will cleanse any crystal.  I can also smudge them, if needed.**

I suggest bringing a yoga mat and water, I also have chairs if needed.  If you do not have a yoga mat or blanket/pillow you can borrow one here ($2 rental donation). The ending Sound Bath is best experienced laying down.  Please feel free to bring a pillow and blanket for comfort. I also have 2 massage tables available (I do ask $5 rental donation ea.) to provide extra comfort and support to those who cannot lay on the floor and do not want to use a chair.  We fill up quickly so RSVP to reserve a table or a space and so that I can make extra room beforehand, if needed.  I respond to all RSVP's - if you do not get a reply, I did not get your message.

**** As a courtesy to all attendees, please arrive no later than 6:55pm so that we may begin promptly at 7.  The doors are closed and meditation begins almost immediately, so we cannot accommodate late arrivals. ****

Please RSVP to receive details & directions to my location in Rocky Point NY 11778

RSVP's must be made to me directly - either by email to [masked] or by phone to[masked] - 24hours prior to event or I will have to delete your RSVP in order to allow others to come.

By having you email me direct - I can let you know if there are any last minute changes or cancellations. Namaste'

Our lost sister found us at the end, all in divine order. Deeply moving. Sacral and Heart, oh my!

How long are these session? Both the one offered on Monday and Thursday? I am new to this but would very much like to try this. I am going through a painfully separation and I'm not sure which one is better suited to my needs. Can you perhaps guide me?

Hi Carmela, they are one hour long and you can't go wrong with either one. My personal favorite are the bowls but gongs are very powerful. Try both to see which one you like better. Hope to see you.
