Sacred Gong Sound Bath - Mondays

$15 **Now with SIX Gongs!!**

The Gong is one of the oldest musical instruments in the world.

The sounds and vibrations of the gong quickly alter brain waves allowing some to access deep meditative states (alpha and theta) rapidly. These living tones of the gongs assist us in healing and rebalancing the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. It has a profound effect on our cardiovascular, autonomic, endocrine and immune systems and is an excellent therapy for stress related issues, depression, fatigue, anger and hostility, feelings of separation, loneliness and fear along with many other conditions related to imbalances of energy and harmony in the body.

We begin the evening circle by being gently guided into a deep relaxation. As with all of my classes, each session will be different, as I allow the universe to guide me. Various other instruments may be played before during or after the gong to support what is needed by the group, collectively. After the gong fades into silence, infra-vibrations that are beyond human hearing are still being emitted by the gongs and we will remain in silence or Sunyata for several minutes while we integrate and process. Everyone is brought back to consciousness gently and at their own pace with my voice and soft sounds. Water is offered and attendees are strongly encouraged to drink water for at least 48 hours following the bath to aid in the flushing of any toxins that may have been released. Tea is also provided for a stronger grounding effect.

There is no judgment in the circle and everyone has a chance to ask questions and share their experiences with the group.

*Note: Everyone's experience will be different, what is needed by one at the present time will not be needed by another, but something will shift, whether on a spiritual, emotional, mental, and/or physical plane. Some may experience tingling or slight discomfort in the body as energy is being shifted, blocks are cleared and cells are stimulated, others may see a kaleidoscope of colors, or have a pleasant feeling of deep relaxation. Whatever happens, the intention is always set for your highest truth, light, wisdom, love and healing.*
The gong bath may be experience laying or seated on the floor. I suggest bringing a blanket, yoga mat or cushion for comfort and water. We get chilly in the winter months. If you do not have a yoga mat or blanket/pillow you can borrow one here.

**** As a courtesy to all attendees, please arrive at 6:40 and no later than 6:55pm so that we may begin promptly at 7. The doors are closed and meditation begins almost immediately, so we cannot accommodate late arrivals. ****

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
