Rehab properties in fairly good neighborhoods. ARV around $200K
Right now I'm a Rehab Investor, but open to Wholesale, Lease options. Eventually working toward Buy and Hold for Rental Income.
The key to this business is Networking. You can take all the classes and Training you want, but if you don't go to Investor meetings to Network with people, you will have a tough time getting off the ground.
