What are your permaculture projects this year?!?

It looks like 2014 will involve lots of mycorrhizal experiments as well as working with King Stropharia around the compost piles and poultry barns. I also really want to get some heat sinks in the greenhouse to help with heating costs but I also need them to be productive as I have very limited space - right now, I'm researching crayfish production - not sure yet where that will lead... Also in 2014 we'll be getting ready for incorporating new varieties of berries - elderberry cultivars, juneberries, and a couple others to try...

I run Midsummer Farm in Warwick, NY, which was built using permaculture principles from below the ground up. Wanting to start an environmental center in the Warwick area with permaculture workshops and maybe a PDC of my own in the near future!
