Join us as we explore fine foods and wines at Rosen Centre's Everglades restaurant for the on-going Vine and Dine series.

The wine dinners are seasonally themed to make the most of fresh, seasonal ingredients and feature selections from various wineries that are specifically chosen to complement the cuisine. Each Vine and Dine event includes an informational session with an experienced wine maker or sommelier. Patrons will have an opportunity to win special prizes such as dinner certificates, hotel weekend packages, and bottles of wine or wine merchandise.
