Special Event – Meet the Author of "Awakening to Golf" – FREE

I recently had the opportunity to meet an author who writes about golf. For those interested, Al Owens, the author of Awakening to Golf, Unveiling Your Inner Power For Lower Scores, will conduct a FREE seminar for our group, where he will talk about his new book. During the seminar, Al will go over:

  -  The role of the analytical mind in your golf game.
  -  Unveiling the role of the higher mind (soul) in the golf swing.
  -  The 7 Secrets of the pre-shot routine.
  -  Learning to reduce your fear of failure in your golf swing and golf game to find much more enjoyment when you play!
  -  Plus many more insights from Al's new book that can greatly improve your golf game.

4:30 - 5:00 p.m. - Meet and Greet
5:00 - 6:00 p.m. - Seminar
6:00 - 6:30 p.m. - Q&A

If you want to purchase any food and beverages from the restaurant, you can bring those with you into the banquet hall.

Please know that the seminar is FREE and there is no expectation or need to buy the book during the event. (Although I’m sure he’ll have copies in the event anyone does wish to buy one.)

I'm excited!

The inner awareness secrets of the game of golf are revealed in this unique, thought-inspiring book written to awaken golfers of all levels to the innate power within to create the game they desire. A blend of real life stories and sacred teachings, Al Owens’ guidance pairs years of experience as a golf professional with his time spent with master golf instructors and renowned holistic inner-awareness experts.

Written in two parts, Awakening to Golf first reveals how a golfer’s past mental habits have created the limited reality of results they have seen, and then awakens them to discover the creative principles of emotion, belief, conscious choice, and visualization. Al empowers players with new mental and spiritual techniques to transform their golf game to the highest level. In this book you will discover:

Playing and practice insights from the #1 player in the world. Mental tools and techniques you need to use to improve and lower your scores. How to listen to your inner guidance.  The 7 secrets to the pre-shot approach.

As you learn to build the new platform of your golf experience, you’ll engage powerful creative concepts, create lower scores, and find complete joy in the game of golf!”

You can learn more about the book on Amazon.

Thanks Melanie for arranging this meetup. Not only was it informative, but it was nice being able to talk to a few 9-holders I usually only see on the course. Al Owens is certainly a sincere teacher. Just getting the book makes me feel on the way to my inner guidance !!

I'm supposed to be skiing this date so will likely have to change my RSVP to no. I won't know until later this week, but if I'm taking a place for someone else please change my status to allow them to attend.

Awesome Melanie!! Hey FYI maybe Woodcreek would be willing to put up a corner of their banquet room for free, if they knew some people may purchase a beer, soft drink, coffee whatever....Just a thought.
