Habitat for Humanity Restore Overhaul

Work as a collective to rearrange, organize and beautify ReStore West. Tasks range from heavy lifting to sorting and organizing small items; we can find a task for folks with any level of skill and physical ability! ReStores accept donated building materials, housewares and furniture and resell them to the public with the help of volunteers.

Help us raise funds for Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity and save usable items from a wasteful landfill fate by volunteering at the Habitat ReStore.

Always great to help out... and reassuring to work with fellow like-minded service-oriented people.

This sounds great, but I sadly can't go because of my work schedule. I'll see you all when i'm back from Malawi!

Besides wearing work clothes... do we bring any safety gear like gloves, eye protection or hearing protection?

It doesn't sound like any hearing/eye protection will be needed but, your welcome to bring anything you think might be needed or that would be useful to have. They will be giving us more instruction once we get there. They usually have all the materials a group would need to work on a project (I.e. Gloves, glasses/goggles, paintbrushes)
