Boot Camping is a muscle confusing cardio and resistance training workout that is FUN for all. There are typically 10 to 12 stations. Each person spends 1 minute on a station at a time. Take a minute break between sessions and repeat two times. Total time spent working out is 30 to 36 minutes. Total calories spent is usually 600 to 1000 calories.
