A 90 minute multimedia presentation of skills and techniques to ride safely based on recommendations of the League of American Bicyclists, Cascade Education Foundation, cycling attorney Ray Thomas, and the school of hard knocks! Whether you are a seasoned cyclist or new to cycling you are bound to pick up some valuable information that just may save your life.
