I pretty much grew up on a bike and am now in this group for the camaraderie and training opportunities, and to give back to the sport by leading lots of rides.
3-4 times a week, as fast as necessary or possible, whichever comes first.
Centuries now and then.
Usually it's 25-40 miles. With hills. But it's all good as long as it's out of town. 18-20 on the flats.
Uphill. Everywhere. I don't much like riding through town. Dangerous and not so much fun.
