How often do you ride? How long do you ride? At what speed do you ride?

I used to commute to work, but I'm not working currently. I try to go on at least one substantial ride per week, usually 30-40 miles, unless I'm training for something longer. My comfort zone is 15-17 mph on the flats.

What has been the longest ride you have been on recently?

I went on a 60-mile ride last summer and was working my way higher, training for Cycle Oregon. Then I had a nasty bike accident, which prevented me from riding for a couple of months and nixed CO.

Which type of rides will you prefer? Short (easy 10-20 mile) casual? Intermediate (12 mph or so, 35 mile plus)? Women only? Challenging (40 mile plus with hills, 16 mph)? A mix or other (please specify)

Intermediate to challenging, depending on what kind of shape I'm in.

What areas would you like ride ?

Out in the country, in any direction from Portland. Also around the metro area -- Kelly Point, Blue Lake, Springwater, etc.
