Two or three times a week? 25 and up. I can sustain 15-17 on flats. More if I draft :)
Which type of rides will you prefer? Short (easy 10-20 mile) casual? Intermediate (12 mph or so, 35 mile plus)? Women only? Challenging (40 mile plus with hills, 16 mph)? A mix or other (please specify)
Intermediate to challenging (I understand that there are different opinions of what constitutes "intermediate).

Usually within an hour's drive, but if it's a good route....
